An exciting opportunity has arisen due to continued growth with a very large financial services company based in London for a Assistant Transaction Manager. The role would ideally suit a banking and finance paralegal, who is looking for a move from practice to industry, and has some experience with preparing and drafting documents. The role is very busy you will be involved in reviewing corporate services agreements, fee letters, share declarations of trust, and will provide commentary on transaction documentation.
