Overview
Interim Senior Technology Legal Counsel (Part time) - Cambridge Our client, a leader in their niche field is looking for a qualified Senior Technology Lawyer to join their legal function over a 3-6 month period, working 2 days per week. This interim opportunity will report into the General Counsel and will see the successful applicant working closely with the procurement team in negotiating, drafting and managing a range of complex IT agreements (including outsourcing, long-term service and technology agreements), reviewing and negotiating third party supplier T&C's, providing advice on managing associated risks whilst strengthening supplier relationships. Knowledge of commercial / information technology law and IP rights is essential, the ideal applicant will hold 5yrsPQE. Experience working in-house or within private practice will be considered. A negotiable rate is on offer, plus flexibility on the 2 days worked per week, (remote working can be offered in line with experience). Want to know more?
