Overview
An excellent opportunity for an immediately available Interim Credit Controller to come in and experience the growth of this Cambridge based Telecommunications business. This business has seen significant growth throughout 2019, hence the need of an immediate candidate to come in and assist. Throughout this Credit Control role you will be working closely with an experienced team to chase all O/S invoices and ensuring monies are owed to their company. Client Details A fantastic Telecommunications business based in Cambridge who are looking for an Interim Credit Controller to come in and make an immediate impact within the business. Working from an excellent Cambridge office, you will get the opportunity to work closely with an experienced team who will be able to guide you throughout the process. Description The candidate for the Interim Credit Controller vacancy will be responsible for: Chasing O/S payments by phone, letter, fax or email. Involved in chasing either Personal Debt (private individuals) or Corporate Debt (organisations). Monthly production of an Aged Debtor Report. Negotiating payment terms. Carrying out credit checks on customers. Setting credit limits for customers. Sending various letters chasing payment (7 day letters). Allocation of cash to accounts when paid. Handling customer queries, liaising with the sales ledger team where necessary. Profile The successful candidate for the Interim Credit Controller vacancy requires: Immediately available to come in and hit the ground running. Proven track record of cash collection and reducing aged debt. Experience in fast paced working environment. Having that 'can-do' attitude, determination and drive to progress within a fast growing business. Ideally a recognised finance qualification of AAT or looking to sudy AAT. Strong system experience including Excel, including Pivot Tables, Vlookups and Formulas. Confident in establishing key client relationships throughout.
