Overview
Macildowie are thrilled to be partnered exclusively with a manufacturing business based near to Wigston in thier search for an Accounts Payable Co-Ordinator to join their small team. Having full exposure to the Accounts Payable Process, you will come from an SME background, and have excellent knowledge of an Accounts Payable Function. Your Key Responsibilities will be: Input supplier invoices in a timely manner and match to purchase orders to obtain authorisation for payment Reconciliation of supplier statements Liaise with various contacts at all levels throughout the business to get PO's closed, resolved or raised Liaise with suppliers on an international level and build strong relationships Provide the Accounts Payable Supervisor with payment information when required to assist with cashflow forecasting Maintain database of future payments and direct debits according to date Monitor the accounts payable email inbox for invoices/statements/chasing letters The Successful Candidate will have: 3 Years Accounts Payable Experience Strong Knowledge of end to end AP Process High Volume/value payment processing Dealing with Multiple Currencies Strong Excel Skills Macildowie is a specialist recruitment consultancy with a rich history of enhancing the careers of professionals across the Midlands and the Northern Home Counties.
