Real Estate finance, silver circle firm, top tier, international, lawyer, London, private practice Your new company This is a Silver Circle firm with an excellent reputation on the global market. Their real estate finance team is ranked tier 2 in London and is well regarded internationally, and they are seeking a 2 - 5 PQE (guideline only) associate to join. As a firm they strongly invest in the training available to associates to ensure you become an expert within your specialism. Your new role You will be: Taking lead and managing real estate finance transactions Mentoring and supervising junior associates and paralegals Drafting and negotiating credit, security, inter-creditor and corporate documents. What you'll need to succeed The firm are seeking an ambitious individual who has previous experience leading, or playing a key role on projects, experience drafting credit agreements and security documents. You must be commercially aware and have an in depth understanding of key real estate and finance concepts.
