Do you have strong CRM, Database & Excel skills? Are you available immediately and ongoing? If so this could be the job for you. Our client, a contact centre specialising in IT marketing, is looking for a great customer service person with CRM experience. You will: Be utilizing CRM Database and Excel spreadsheets Generate and provide regular reports Conduct data entry and analysis You will need: Good knowledge of using databases, CRM platforms Highly numerate with strong Excel skills The ability to understand and analyse data You will be working full time hours, Monday to Friday from 9am-5pm. You will be paid on an hourly rate of £12 per hour including holiday pay, and on a weekly basis.
