Senior Service Desk Analyst
Overview
Service Desk, Helpdesk, 1st line, ITIL An opportunity to work in an expanding software businesses in a client facing service desk role, supporting financial services clients with critical system issues. You'll need previous 1st line / Helpdesk experience, preferably within a software environment and you will be familiar with ITIL principles and procedures. This is a more senior position so experience of mentoring junior Service Desk Analysts and implementing ITIL will be beneficial. You'll be comfortable working to SLAs and if you've had exposure to JIRA that would be of benefit. Very strong personal communication skills are a must; any knowledge of Active Directory will come in useful. Excellent prospects - this organisation promote from within and they are growing.
