Senior Software Consultant Solihull £57,000 A Software Consultancy House is looking for an experienced Senior Software Consultant with a desire to work in a client-facing role and who takes satisfaction in generating business value for customers. As part of the global consulting team you will be implementing customer solutions based on the company products. About the job The consulting teams deliver implementation projects for customers, delivering highly valuable solutions based on our products and patented technology. You will be part of project teams working with local colleagues and with consultants from offices in Denmark (HQ), Germany, US and India. After a reasonable onboarding period you can decide if you prefer to develop yourself in the direction of a solutions architect or an implementation expert. Your responsibilities Work as part of development team and with our customers to deliver solutions based on the technology stack Create software that is functionally and structurally of high quality Collaborate with project leadership to deliver solutions efficiently and effectively Work with and advise clients at the technical level Follow and influence existing practices, patterns, tools and methodologies Communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders Work cross-function on technical topics Your profile 5 years' experience within software consulting in a client-facing environment Strong skills in C# Solid skills with web technologies (HTML5, JavaScript) Passionate about architecture and design patterns and about clean code Enjoys working in Agile/Lean environments Developed distributed application and web applications Created complex software solutions Worked with enterprise software (e.g. ERP, CRM, CPQ, PLM) Depending on the project, presence at clients' locations may be required. There is an average of 2-3 days of travel per month. Salary for the vacancy is up to £57,000 plus some excellent company benefits.
