Job Description
Senior PMO Analyst Solihull £37,000 - £43,000 per annum Digital Skills are working in conjunction with a leading Financial Services client, based in Solihull. The organisation is undergoing significant transformation, with their technology stack and working environment. As part of this transformation, the client is looking for a Senior PMO Analyst who will provide PMO functions and services which will have a considerable impact on the effectiveness of the Change programs and deliveries. You will help lead with the management of projects as well as to delegate tasks to team members. You will provide coaching and mentoring services to ensure standards are maintained at all times. You will be required to produce risk reports and project plans as well as deliver excellent outcomes. Skills & Experience * Experience in supporting best practice PMO functions and services. * Support Business Change, IT Functions and Project Delivery. * Understanding and use of Microsoft Office and exposure to SharePoint. * Experience in using Portfolio Management tools. * Experience in supporting process change and understanding of process improvement models. * Contribute to the excellence of the PMO function by maintaining the change framework, induction packs and document library while following organisational standards. * Plans and undertakes project health checks, audits, stage gate reviews and lessons learned meetings as required. * Able to collaborate effectively with Project Managers, Business Analysts and Test Managers/Analysts. * Review project plans with project managers and provide feedback to ensure consistency and quality. * With a constantly changing environment, you will need to be able to embrace new technologies and influence other parts of the business to adopt * Ideally, you will be either have a P3O Foundation or Practitioner certification As part of a generous package, the client are offering: * Bonus of 15-20% base salary * Class-leading pension * Excellent health care * Life insurance Digital Skills have placed a number of people into this client and we are pleased to say that all hires are very happy and well supported.
