Overview
Are you an Maintenance and Mechanical Engineering Manager? Who can take overall responsibility for day to day engineering function ensuring prioritisation of workload, compliance with all applicable business and legislative documentation. My client is looking for a strong Engineering Manager who has heavy industrial/waste/fleet maintenance experience. The Client : Offering exceptional service delivery within the transport/waste sector, with an excellent reputation The Role: This role is all about exceptional Engineering Management. You will be responsible for fleet, workshop and hitting targets to provide the very best transport services in an efficient and reliable manner. The Ideal Candidate: Is someone who can work within the waste processing environment, have strong management skills, able to interpret and provide solutions based on data analysis, be proactive and embrace a change management philosophy, IT literate and have relevant experience of developing PPMs, processes and procedures. You will be experienced in planned preventative maintenance and inspection programmes to minimise downtime, provide records of recurring events and develop engineering solutions.
