Overview
Creative Support is a not-for-profit social care provider supporting people with learning disabilities, mental health needs, autism spectrum conditions, and older people. We are seeking highly motivated, proactive support workers for our supported living services in the Flixton and Urmston areas. You will be providing responsive, person-centred care and support to people who have a learning disability or are on the autistic spectrum. You must be warm, caring and willing to go the extra mile to ensure that the people we support enjoy a fantastic quality of life. You will provide support with personal care and health needs, daily living and varied community activities. You will enable people to be active, happy and healthy. You do not need to have prior care experience if you have transferable skills and can demonstrate commitment to your own learning, as we will offer you excellent training, including diplomas in health and social care. If you have prior care experience you will find that we offer great opportunities for career progression.
