Creative Support is a national not-for-profit organisation which is looking to recruit warm and person centred individuals in your area to provide the highest standards to service users with support needs. We are looking to recruit creative, self motivating and resourceful full time individuals with a willingness to go the extra mile to provide personalised support to people with a learning disability at our Urmston service. You will possess excellent communication skills, be resilient, energetic and adaptable in order to meet individual needs of the people we support. Good knowledge of the local community is essential.
