Junior HR Advisor - £32,000 - £36,000pa Bonus - Global Agency Environment (c.100 people) - Southwark/London Bridge My client, a vibrant and successful global agency organisation based near Southwark Station is looking for a generalist Junior HR Advisor to join their small HR team. Reporting directly in the Global HRD (based in London - will be just you and her), you will play and integral role in ensuring that they retain and reward the best people and instilling and creating a distinctive culture. Who would this role suit This would suit someone who is a strong HR Assistant/Coordinator, used to the operational HR day to day (inc. the HR Admin), but also has some experience of proactive HR project work (and preferably has some ER exposure i.e note taking). The role would also give some autonomous HR business partnering experience with their sister agency. A fantastic environment to develop your skills and get involved with key innovative HR projects. What's involved This is a full generalist role (which will also include HR Administration) covering from recruitment, on-and-off boarding, performance management, policy and ER advice, L&D coordination, reward and benefits management, engagement administration etc. HR Projects You will work with the Global HRD on key projects around: employee engagement, reward and benefits refresh, performance management system refresh, HR software implementation, streamlining L&D to name just a few. Skills required At least 2 years in an HR assistant/admin/coordinator role Ideally worked within an agency environment i.e comms, creative, media, tech, professional services (SME) Ideally at least level 3 CIPD qualified Experience of being involved and being the key contact with HR projects Experience of using innovative HR tech (and interest in innovative HR solutions) Some ER experience would be desirable Must have come from an HR environment where you are based on-site. This would not suit someone from a remote shared service model. High attention to detail, able to follow processes and create better ones Solutions orientated and able to use own initiative and able to work with autonomy Ability to use HR best practice and propose recommendations for improvements Process driven; ability to manage multiple tasks Ability to prioritise workloads and work pro-actively in a fast-paced, fluid environment Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders, at all levels Strong written and verbal English communication skills Excellent MS Word & Excel skills.
