Due to the rapid growth within one of our clients Hirewell Recruitment are looking to recruit a full time Office Administrator based across two sites Oldham/Newton Health (Being able to travel to both sites is a must). We are looking for an individual with experience of office administration & reception duties the succesful candidate will be required to use a desktop PC,Audio Typist, deliver excellent customer service, have a great telephone manner, be confident professional along with the will to learn. The environment is friendly however busy with a fast pace so you must be able to work under pressure, this is an ongoing full time role. About You: Need to be committed, flexible and reliable Previous experience within Office Administration/Reception is necessary Experience using desktop PC is required, typing experience is desirable Need to be able to data input. Audio Typing experience is essential. The Role: The role involves general reception work along with ad hoc admin duties You will be expected to work 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday however some Saturdays maybe required You will be required to receive/make calls deal with customer queries An Excellent telephone manner with customer service mindset key The role is ongoing with a view to a permanent position, based on performance and reliability.
