What you'll be doing The Relationship and Administration Lead will be responsible for the delivery of an innovative, professional, high quality and efficient administration service to the International Patient Centre (IPC) and support the IPC Manager for driving forward our relationships with our Advisors and clients. The Team Lead will work collaboratively with the other Team Leads to continually seek ways to make full use of technology to improve processes and efficiency and to promote agile ways of working and reduce reliance on paper. What's a typical day? Administration Lead Supervising day to day operations of the admin and its team members (direct reports), as well as continually assessing the effectiveness of processes, developing, reviewing and improving admin systems, policies and procedures, ensuring that overall admin, Case management team, Appointments team, Inpatient Update team and Patient Relations team work together to provide high quality service to both the hospital and stakeholders. Conducts team meetings with other Team Leads and their reports to update members on best practices and continuing expectations in admin. Pro-actively develop effective working relationships with managers around the hospital to understand their needs and offer advice and solutions to problems and improve ways of working. Provides quality customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer enquiries, and effectively handling customer complaints. Relationship Lead Building & maintaining relationships with advisors/stakeholders and key individuals both internally & externally. Conducting business reviews to ensure customers/advisors are satisfied with their products and services. Alerting the IPC Manager to opportunities for further relationship development with key advisors. Attending meetings with Advisors to build relationships with existing accounts. Carrying out client satisfaction surveys and reviews. Help with the collation of referral statistics and KPI metrics to support the generation of month end reports. Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively. Who we're looking for? Previous sales experience with experience managing client relationships is essential. Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills. Exceptional communication, presentation & strong interpersonal skills. Strong ability to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders. Is both a strong team player who works collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and can work autonomously. Is flexible with the ability to work effectively under pressure and manage conflicting priorities. Strong consultative skills and ability to influence change and challenge existing procedures.
