Candidate Duties Key accountabilities include Managing a team, providing inspirational leadership to deliver excellence in business results The daily management of work through Queue Management, ensuring the right work is completed by team members with the right skill Ensuring high quality servicing that is fast and correct Delivering high productivity through the performance management of your team Coaching to ensure continual improvement Proactive delivery through planning daily and weekly activities to ensure customer demand is always serviced quickly Control of your teams processing, ensuring procedural adherence, and observing compliance and risk requirements Candidate Specification Minimum 3 years’ experience managing operational teams in a regulated environment Management of work and people in a high-volume customer focused production environment People management, leadership, development and coaching Service delivery and improvement Control of team processes, work and observing compliance and risk requirements Identifying and implementing procedure improvement If you are interested, please apply below.
