Faculty of Life Long Learning Hourly Paid Lecturers in ESOL Variable Hours, Fixed-Term £33.40 per hour (including holiday pay) – Tutor Rate, £28.19 per hour (including holiday pay) – Teaching Rate, £21.59 per hour (including holiday pay) – Additional Duties Rates United Colleges Group (UCG) is based at the heart of the education sector in London. Successful candidates will have extensive experience of teaching and assessing ESOL to 16-18s and adults across a range of levels. You will also be able to demonstrate a broad range of teaching strategies to support the needs of a diverse cohort to maximise outcomes. Additionally, you will have an in-depth knowledge of current issues relating to ESOL and to Further Education. You will have to sound organisational skills, your ability to work cooperatively and contribute positively and creatively to a team is also essential You will also possess a recognised teaching qualification (PGCE or equivalent) plus an ESOL Subject Specialism and CELTA experience. Excellent communication, administration and interpersonal skills together with a commitment to working effectively as part of a team and contribute positively and creatively are also essential in this role.
