A Global InsureTech firm in Central Lancashire seek a competent Business Analyst to join at an exciting time of growth for this multinational solutions provider. This role will see the successful candidate working as a knowledgeable Business Analyst with strong capability with both Business Change and IT work-stream and a track records of taking under-performing business processes and turning these into tangible improvements. My client is an exciting multinational technology solutions provider to the Insurance sector. They are currently experiencing a period of growth in their Business Change function and are on the lookout for a Business Analyst with a focus on Business Change and IT Operational process improvements. This is a fantastic role for a Business Analyst based in Lancashire looking for a role outside of the City, as well as looking for a role with some flexible working involved. Role Responsibilities: - Documenting and planning around 'as-is' and 'to-be' work practices across both Group IT and the Business Operations functions. - Working closely with both subject matter experts and delivery partners between both the Business and Group IT. - Requirements gathering; elicitation, analysis and validation techniques through: workshops, face-to-face interviews, WebEx/Skype etc. - Process Mapping - BPMN 2.0 principles. - Working between both AGILE and Waterfall methodologies depending on the work-stream.
