Business Developer, Digital Services | Burnley | £25,000 - £30,000 Bonus Jobooster.co.uk is an e-recruitment platform designed for UK businesses to attract and recruit the best people to their jobs. As part of our own growth ambitions for 2020 and beyond we are looking for a passionate Business Developer to help grow our UK client base. Are you an experienced relationship builder? Are you creative and solutions focussed? Do you have experience of digital or e-commerce sales? Are you the best at what you do? We’re looking for someone who enjoys working across the full client journey from creating and converting leads through to building strong business relationships. Attributes we’re looking for Strong sales experience in either digital services or traditional recruitment Be able to lead and contribute to the marketing strategy including Social Media (organic and paid advertising), PR and press releases, Email marketing and other appropriate key marketing channels Be able to confidently present at networking events to promote the service An understanding of Job Boards and Applicant Tracking Systems Strong communication skills and the ability to design attractive job ads for client businesses Be able to positively influence and contribute towards the future development and direction of the service Have good analytical skills and ability to produce detailed reports Knowledge / experience of a broad range of sectors and levels (Preferable) Experience of creating and managing budgets (Preferable) You will be based out of our Burnley office and you will occasionally be required to travel to events or client businesses.
