Fantastic opportunity for a senior CRM Manager to join a fast-growing London FinTech business Your new company You will be joining one of the most ambitious FinTech Start-ups in London. Formed in 2018 with the backing of a Global Bank, they have grown from strength to strength in a very short period of time in a tough Financial sector. They offer Business Capital and Invoice Finance to small businesses needing a boost in cash flow or readily available invoice funds. All of this is managed digitally through a highly-technical app. Paving the way for the future of Small Business Finance, this business is at the forefront of the Fintech revolution in London. They operate in a diverse and driven office in the City of London, with a real emphasis on employee creativity and culture. Your new role An opportunity has arisen for a CRM Manager to step up and become a part of this exciting project. You will be responsible of all communications to customers, setting up the strategy and the campaigns to drive engagement and retention in order to help the business prosper. You will work with the Head of Marketing in setting the CRM strategy using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, manage the end-to-end delivery of CRM marketing campaigns, own the overall comms strategy, work with the marketing team to leverage content within CRM campaigns, analyse and optimise CRM campaigns for stakeholders and gather insights on customers behaviour and transform these into actionable optimization campaigns. What you'll need to succeed To be successful you will need experience from a similar role and a great attitude towards growing the CRM system for an exciting FinTech. Also, you will need: Hands on experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Experience in setting CRM marketing campaigns Experience in similar role working with web or app products Financial Services experience - desirable Structured approach to analytical work to a 'test and learn' approach Analytics and segmentation experience to drive increased growth and ROI Experience in setting up CRM / Lifecycle programs from scratch desirable but not essential What you'll get in return In return you will receive an excellent salary of up to £60,000 plus a generous benefits package.
