Overview

A known developer who cover a variety of projects from greenfield traditional units to RC Frame, brownfield JV’s are looking for a Senior or Land Manager to join a strong team. This business have money to spend on land but need to additional resource in-house to allow them to explore the options available. You will ideally come with good knowledge and contacts in some of the following areas, Hertfordshire, Essex, Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire or Buckinghamshire. This region covers quite a large geographical area and purchase land with or without consent. The right candidate is the one that has the drive and desire to make a name for themselves but also wants to help a division grow. Working closely with the Estimators you will be purchasing land that has the potential to deliver 100 units. This role is about securing the right person and the business do not need to rush to do so. They have the capability to take someone on tomorrow or wait until later in the year. This could be ideal for someone who has just received notice of bonus and feeling a little undervalued You must have; Experience buying land in the Northern Home Counties. Loyalty and progression within employers. Have a career bias towards working for Developers ahead of consultants/agents. If you feel your experience suits the above requirements please apply.
