Overview

Are you an Operations professional looking to develop your career in a growing international law firm? About the role This is a senior role and we are looking for a rounded business professional to provide high quality management support, both strategically and operationally. The primary responsibility is for delivery of the Practice Group/Regional business plan and budget. The purpose of the role is, on one hand, to improve the operational performance of the PG/Region, ranging from key performance indicators such as revenue and cost budgets, financial hygiene factors such as closing time, to HR processes like completion of check-in conversations etc to, on the other hand, ensuring local strategy and firm-wide strategy are aligned, communicated and successfully implemented. Collaboration is vital to this position, the Head of Practice is responsible for working together with and co-ordinating a broad range of stakeholders, primarily Finance, HR and BD Business Partners, plus others including Practice Support Lawyers, Secretarial Team Leaders, Resource Managers, etc. plus of course partners and fee earners with the Practice Group/Region. The ability to bring people together into a joined-up Practice Group/Regional support team via influence and leadership skills is essential to the success of the role.
