Overview
A highly regarded Lloyd's broker seeks a Claims Adjuster with a proven track record of handling North American Property and Casualty Binding Authority business. You will handle Property, Liability and Transportation claims emanating from the USA, to assist the current adjusting team in maintaining an effective and efficient claims services to customers. You will handle claims from first advice to settlement, set reserves, authorise claim payments as well as denials of coverage, and liaise with clients, attorneys and adjusters on a daily basis. You must be able to interpret policy wordings/endorsements and underwriting documentation in relation to the claim and able to understand State and case law and litigation processes.
