Content Manager West London Up to £45,000 Are you an experienced Content Manager with demonstratable experience working with programmes or journals? Do you have solid project management experience? Then I have the job for you Currently recruiting for a fantastic organisation that lead the way with standards and compliance across the UK and multiple industries. As a Content Manager you will be responsible for the day to day project management of multiple programmes that are produced by the content & sales teams. You will need to liaise with departments across the business to ensure timelines are stuck to, adhering to budgets, & the programmes are managed accordingly. You will also need to create programme strategies & then set up reporting dashboards to understand how they have performed & adapt from there. This role is based in West London and offers & genuine, fantastic career if you work hard. The Role Manage complex and challenging standardization programmes, with multiple and varied deliverables, each with their own project structure. Build credible and realistic programme plans, incorporating milestones and structure in-line with good practice, ensuring lessons learnt are captured at in the end review. Provide strategic leadership in monitoring benefit delivery and to maximize benefits from the programme. Build and maintain a strong delivery-focused programme team. Provide leadership, mentoring and direction to the larger multi-disciplinary teams to deliver successfully. Be a valued right-hand support to the programme sponsor and voice of reason for stakeholders. Prepare programme reporting dashboards to capture budget (financial and allocated days versus actual) and track against identified success criteria. Provide clear and traceable reporting for funded programme audit purposes. In conjunction with pre-sales team, contribute to the project scope, success criteria and schedule details within the proposal, collaborating with client and other stakeholders to ensure successful delivery. Communicate programme progress in a structured and effective way, outlining risks and issues in a timely manner and ensure appropriate programme and project governance is in place. Proactively lead on solving problems as they arise throughout the duration of a project and, where necessary, escalate and seek approval for recommendations. Work with project managers, external team members and business-as-usual to ensure dependencies are actively managed. Act as an arbiter and enforcer and resolve issues between the various elements of the programme. The Person It is vital you have demonstratable project management experience but can also show you understand how programmes or journals work from an editorial standpoint. You will need to have excellent communication skills to be able to speak to multiple internal & external stakeholders Experience of leading from the front whether that be in a managerial role, or a project manager role Ready to be challenged in your next role?
