Overview
Head of Development - Scale-up, London I am currenty represented a well-funded scale-up business in London, who are on the look out to add a Head of Development to their Senior Management Team. The business have gone from strength to strength over the past 4 years and have laid the foundation to now expand their subscription & e-commerce offering into Europe. As a result, as the successful a Head of Development you will be tasked with growing out the development function and migrating the flagship B2C application to a cloud-based/microservice driven architecture. You will then be in charge of scaling their application and offering over the coming years. The current tech stack is JavaScript based (React.js on the front end, with back end API & Services using Node.js), however experience working on this stack is not essential As the successful candidate you will have commercial experience in a 'Head of' position, in either a large or small enterprise. You will have experience building teams and hiring, and will be an advocate of a collaborative, best practices enviornments. You will have ideally worked heavily in a JavaScript setting.
