The role In this business critical role you will be responsible for the inspection, maintenance, servicing and/or renewal of Mechanical Systems and/or Equipment. More specifically you will hold responsibility for managing the Mechanical Systems and/or Equipment budget(s), attending regular performance and financial review meetings, evaluating compliance and conformity and provide KPI's, operational performance and financial reports on a monthly basis and/or as required. This is a great opportunity to be working alongside development and new builds and to be involved in our Fit for Future Programme. To be successful, you will have a strong contract management background across CDM regulations. A background in contract management of complex repair and / or minor projects. You will also have significant and demonstrable experience of managing Mechanical & Electrical Building Systems and Equipment and NEBOSH / IOSH or equivalent qualification.
