Overview
Our client, an elite tier US and international law firm are seeking to hire as Senior Support Specialist on a permanent basis to support the London office. This role combines senior technical skills and support, with also supporting regional offices. Candidates must have at least 3 years’ experience in delivering timely and accurate service at 2nd and 3rd line level support. They must have strong customer service and communication skills and related application support experience from a professional services environment (ideally within the legal industry). A highly competitive salary is on offer between £45-55,000, depending on experience plus benefits. Shift pattern for this role is an 8 hour shift between the hours of 08.00-18.00.
