HR Coordinator - JKS Restaurants JKS Restaurants are looking for an HR Coordinator to join their fast growing People Team. This is a great opportunity for someone keen on developing themselves in an HR role, there will be lots of room for growth and opportunities for development The Group JKS Restaurants’ portfolio currently includes Michelin Star-awarded restaurants, Trishna, Gymkhana, Kitchen Table and Lyle’s; as well as Sabor, Brigadiers, Bubbledogs, Hoppers, Bao, Xu and Flor. There are ambitious plans for growth, with the opening of further restaurants across all ends of the market and types of cuisine, both imminently and over the coming years, making this is a very exciting time to join the team. The Role Reporting to the HR Manager, the HR Coordinator will support with a range of tasks, including: • Supporting managers with a range of ER issues, including investigation and probation processes • Conducting exit interviews, raising areas of concern to the relevant manager • Sending out regular communication regarding company benefits • Supporting with Head Office induction and onboarding of new starters • Providing HR training support • Providing administrative support to managers as required • Supporting with the issuing of contracts, offer letters, etc • Supporting the HR Manager in managing performance and measuring employee engagement The successful HR Coordinator will have: • Strong administration skills and attention to detail • Experience supporting managers with ER issues • Experience in an HR Administrator or HR Assistant role • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to work with confidential information • Confident with use of MS packages such as Excel and Word The Benefits When you become part the JKS family, we will offer you: • Competitive salary, dependent on experience; • A personalised learning and development plan to develop your skills and knowledge; • Career progression within a fast-growing, critically-acclaimed restaurant group; • 50% off dining across JKS Restaurants; • A supportive, people-focused culture; • Employee referral bonus; • Discounted gym membership; • Long Service awards; • 30 days’ holiday per year; • Great staff parties.
