Support Workers - Southampton About the Support Worker: We are looking for motivated, resourceful individuals who are committed to supporting people with mental health needs, complex needs and learning disabilities. Experience of the sector is desirable but not essential. The ideal Support Workers will: Be non-judgmental, forward-thinking, and passionate about support work. Have a good understanding of mental and physical vulnerabilities. Have an NVQ Level 2 or 3 is desirable What Prospero Health and Social Care offer Support Workers?
