We have an exciting opportunity for a PA to join us here at The London Clinic and support both our CFO & Commercial Director and their respective teams. The London Clinic is one of the UK’s largest independently owned non-profit hospital, and we have been providing exceptional care since 1932. We have 8 premises, where we perform highly complex procedures as well as routine surgery & medicine. Our main hospital spans 8 floors comprising of 234 beds and 10 theatres, and The Duchess of Devonshire Wing is our award-winning cancer centre, which includes state-of-the-art radiotherapy, chemotherapy suites and 47 dedicated patient bedrooms for Oncology & Haematology patients. Job Profile: As PA to CFO & Commercial Director you will be responsible for providing personal, business management and organisational support. This role will embody the values that we hold as an organisation. Job Type: This is a full-time, permanent position working 37.5 hours per week. The shift pattern is rotational, including Long Days, Nights & Weekends. Salary: The attractive salary for this role is competitive, and will be dependent upon skills and experience. Duties & Responsibilities To provide a full and confidential secretarial and administrative support service to the Chief Financial Officer and Commercial Director. To provide calendar organisation, refreshment ordering and room booking, invoice checking, stationery ordering and CAPEX reporting and obtaining sign-offs. To take a leading role in the organising of calendars for the Finance and Marketing teams regarding meetings and deadlines, etc. To take on small projects and support on all administration for both teams as directed. Skills & Experience • Excellent communication skills, with pleasant telephone manner and ability to liaise efficiently politely and calmly with a wide spectrum of people in a diplomatic and assertive manner both face to face and over the telephone. • Strong organisational skills and the ability to deal efficiently with and appropriately prioritise a large number of meeting arrangements and papers. • Minimum of five years’ secretarial office based experience at Board/Director level. • Experience of acting as first point of contact for visitors and callers to the office.
