1st line support/ First Line Support / Helpdesk / Support / Network Engineer The company: We have expertise across networking, cyber security and infrastructure technology and operate globally for a wide range of clients. The role: This is an entry level role within the networking team which will allow you to hone your current skills and get to grips with the technology we work with. On a day to day basis you will be answering the phones, emails and completing training in a 1st line support role focusing on networks, specifically next generation firewalls, wireless solutions, routers, switches and networking protocols. Requirements: A qualification in networking such as CCNA or CompTIA N Excellent standards of written and verbal communication It would be nice to have: Experience in a technical support role Experience in a telephone based customer service environment Salary: up to £22 000 DOE
