ROLE PURPOSE Due to an exciting time of growth, we are looking for an experienced and internationally-minded in-house Recruiter to join our team based in Basingstoke. You'll have the chance to be involved in recruiting a wide variety of roles in different departments and countries so it's a great role for someone who is looking for a challenge. Direct hire is very important for us so someone who can leverage their network and use social media would be a great fit. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES + Sourcing candidates for roles internationally + Assessing and evaluating candidates against role requirements + Posting jobs + Scheduling interviews + Providing timely and professional feedback to all candidates + Communicating with onsite and remote internal stakeholders + Using our Applicant Tracking Systemto manage and accurately record each step in the recruitment process + Providing a great candidate experience + Developing, maintaining and nurturing Talent Pipelines for future roles + Recruiting with an emphasis on direct hiring - reducing time to hire and cost to hire + Highlighting opportunities to continuously improve the Talent Acquisition function in process and practice + Contributing to team projects + Contributing to Recruitment Marketing activities + Managingagency relationships in the recruitment process when required REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES + In addition to English, a good level of French is required.
