Overview
Prestigious global consultancy firm, with outstanding offices in the City, due to rapid growth, have a new vacancy for a Graduate Recruiter to join their UK & European Campus recruitment team. As part of a successful team, some of your primary accountabilities will be: Graduate Recruitment Responsibilities: o Responsible for the recruitment efforts at a number of top U.K. and European universities, including some Middle East Universities o Work closely with hiring managers and client services teams to understand hiring needs and help formulate recruitment strategy o Fully managing the marketing and attraction process; events programme, social and digital media, campus relations, sponsorship etc. o Planning, coordinating and executing all stages of the milk round recruitment process (careers fairs, presentations, workshops, interviews and joining events) o Establishing relationships with the university societies and implementing a highly engaging social media strategy o Coordinating and administering candidate applications from CV screening to final round assessment days o Liaising with all new recruits through the offer/cultivation stage o Leading ad-hoc recruitment projects and programmes o Logging and processing applications, carrying out administration including candidate expenses, candidate queries, the recruitment hotline and email inbox o Liaising with other recruiters in London and our worldwide offices Recruitment Background: Degree educated with excellent academics. Approximately 12 months plus recruitment experience (not necessarily graduate recruitment), demonstrating knowledge of a 360-recruitment process in a fast-paced organisation. Strong interpersonal, communication and team working skills, ability to build strong working relationships with candidates, consultants at all levels and recruiting colleagues Exceptional organisational and administrative skills, attention to detail yet mindful of the big picture.
