Adult Support Worker - Temporary/ADHOC - Nuneaton/Coventry - £9.20 - £9.50 Your new company Hays are currently recruiting support workers for a temporary/adhoc basis, looking for work around the Coventry and Nuneaton area. Your new role The providers we work with service Adults in residential and supported living settings with needs such as Autism, learning disabilities and challenging behaviour, as well as mental health, physical disabilities and dementia. We work with fantastic providers who require support workers to approach their work with a person centred approach, putting the service users wants and needs before anything else. What you'll need to succeed The shifts available are flexible to suit your lifestyle, with mornings, afternoons, sleep ins and weekends available, we also work with clients that require long days and wake night shift cover. in order to considered for work, you will need 2 references from previous social care employers, It would be great if you held an NVQ level 2 in Health and Social care or equivalent, however, if you have good experience working in a Support Worker capacity then we would love to hear from you.
