Overview

Due to business growth we are currently recruiting for a Project Manager to join one of our clients based in Trafford Park not far from Intu Trafford Centre. They are looking for someone who has a passion for getting things done with ambition, enthusiasm and motivation to succeed. The role and your responsibilities: Deliver installation solutions on a global scale Ensure projects are handled professionally and delivered to high standards Project management and planning Provide cost estimations and accurate client quotations Deliver projects from scoping, briefing and planning services through to execution and reporting Cost management throughout the project Invoicing clients using internal systems Set up reporting structures using in house software and systems to capture relevant data Manage both internal and external communications across multiple projects Liaise with other teams e.g. the warehouse to facilitate stock inventory management Produce training briefs to support training plans for internal and external purposes Ensure project stakeholders remain informed and up to date with project progress as well as escalating any deviations from the project scope Work with local and international partners and subcontractors to arrange scheduled visits and resolve any reporting or on site issues Complete project reporting and closure processes The right candidate for this role needs to be: Hands on with installations, updates and training A team player with a willingness to get stuck in Customer focused Commercially aware and able to negotiate results A quick learner with the ability to learn new software systems and technologies Familiar working with contractors Proactive in terms of getting the job done Flexible to enable you to react and adapt rapidly to changing scenarios Analytical, problem solver, solution finder and decision maker Excellent with IT including Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel) Resilient with a positive approach to challenging situations An effective communicator Driven to meet deadlines in order to meet compliance Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous including: An understanding of site surveying and technical floor plans Experience of working within installations Project management in maintenance services and installations Pay and Benefits: Salary £25,000 - £35,000 per annum dependent on level of experience Full time hours (must be able to be flexible when a project requires) Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm (flexible working hours are available) Company discretionary bonus Free on-site parking 25 days holiday bank holidays (increased with length of service) Eye care and private health care available Pension scheme Regular social events and monthly lunches Sick pay scheme Gym memberships available at subsidised rates Discounted/free food
