Absolute are currently recruiting an ambitious qualified Financial Controller to join a high growth SME. Reporting to the Managing Director and managing a small team, this role will be responsible for providing management information and financial analysis to support strategic business decision making. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business with potential to develop into an FD. Duties: Preparation of monthly management accounts and MI Managing forecasting and annual budgets Financial Analysis Cash flow management VAT returns Prepare year-end accounts and liaise with auditors Business partner with key stakeholders within the business Improve/implement processes and financial controls Skills: Qualified Accountant - ACA, ACCA, CIMA Strong communicator Dynamic and ambitious individual A team player with a hands-on approach
