Our client is looking for Hotel Financial Controller


Responsibilities:


Prepare monthly financial statements for both the hotel and Strata Corporation.

Contribute to the development of financial budgets and forecasts for the company.

Lead and enhance accounting department standards, providing clear and effective communication and leadership.

Supervise a team including accountants, purchasing staff, and personnel involved in receiving and inventory controls.

Assist in creating budget presentations and produce periodic financial reports, statistics, and operational metrics for senior management.


Qualifications:


Strong background in finance with specific experience in hotel financial reporting, investments, risk management, and cash flow analysis.

ACA/ACCA/CPA certification required, with a background in public accounting.

3-5 years of experience in hotel audit; direct experience as a Hotel Financial Controller is highly desirable.

Experience with Strata Corporation accounting and audits.

Excellent interpersonal skills with a high-energy, entrepreneurial spirit and a professional demeanor.

Experience in the Caribbean or similar international environments is advantageous.
