Billing Clerk Top Tier Law Firm Excellent Benefits My client is a Top Tier Law Firm based in Sheffield, who boast an international reputation. They are looking for an experienced Legal Billing Clerk to work alongside their secretarial teams. The ideal candidate will have previous billing experience, preferably within Legal as this role will be dealing with complex billing queries and will be supporting the wider finance team. Duties for a Billing Clerk include: Preparing reports and information for clients such as, invoice breakdowns, bill letters etc Preparing any bills that require partner sign off Process monthly bills for 100s of clients Run all complex billing reports, highlighting any potential risks Deal with complex client billing queries Dealing with write offs Prepare bill letters and statements Personal Specification for a Billing Administrator Include: Previous experience in Billing is essential, within a legal environment Excellent Microsoft Excel Skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Prior experience with the Elite Systems would be preferable
