Credit Manager 12 Month FTC Free Parking Great Benefits £35,000 - £40,000 Client Details Page Personnel are supporting a large business based in Solihull. The organisation are inputting a lot of new processes and investing in both people and systems to streamline, they are looking for an experienced Credit Professional to come in and manage a team of Credit Controllers. Description Lead the team in order to drive results and help the team achieve monthly KPI targets Ensure customers are paying on time and adhering to the companies payment term policies Managing escalations on accounts and resolving queries Setting and reviewing Credit Limits of customers, using risk analysis and keeping up to date with the industry environment and newest Credit policies. Having good relationships with third party debt collection and credit vetting agencies. Supporting the head of department in monthly reports for the board.
