Overview
2 New Credit Controller positions. Salary up to £24k depending on experience. Hays Credit Management is supporting a massive production and service company in the South of Birmingham as it looks to grow its Order to Cash team and take on 2 experienced Credit Controllers. The company trades with large blue chip organisations, SMEs, sole traders and the government sector, and has a range of products and services. Your new role To ensure customers are managed and pay on time in relation to the agreed payment terms and inline with Credit Limits Strive to hit targets, individual and team cash targets set out by the Credit Manager Provide excellent customer service and ensure queries are dealt with promptly and professionally Support the sales and operations teams in resolving customer issues and queries. Allocate payments, making sure there are no payments unallocated older than 30 days on your ledger.
