Overview
HR Coordinator to look after the recruitment & social media channels within a major professional services firm in the City. You'll need an interest in Social media and able to produce recruitment data analytics coupled with experience of the complete recruitment cycle as part of an HR department. HR Coordinator - Social Media & Recruitment role within a firm that offers career prospects. HR Coordinator - Social Media & Recruitment Managing social media channels including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook etc Creating KPI reports and analytics on recruitment activity on a month-by-month, quarterly and annually Keeping Excel recruitment tracker up to date on a daily basis Recruitment Coordination, booking in interviews with line managers and candidates Assisting with some entry level interviews Ensuring responses are sent to candidates/agencies in a timely fashion after interviews have taken place Assist with early talent programme events and training / graduate scheme Sending out recruitment authorisation forms using Adobe sign Uploading new roles on to Taleo Reviewing CV's and sending on to hiring managers via Taleo Experience / qualifications for HR Coordinator - Social Media & Recruitment Strong analytical skills Educated to degree level or graduate equivalent Experience of working in an internal HR team Demonstrable record of internal resourcing & recruitment experience Professional services industry and/or multi-site background, an advantage Experience in setting up HR Recruitment policies and procedures Direct experience of supporting change programmes Experience in managing social media channels HR Coordinator - Social Media & Recruitment Due to the number of responses we receive to our advertisements we are unable to respond individually to each application.
