Role: Lead PHP Developer Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 (DOE) plus benefits Location: Warwickshire Sector: Entertainment & Leisure The Person: Are you a Lead PHP Developer with extensive experience and the ability to build, lead and inspire a motivating environment for a team of developers to deliver their best? This newly established operation requires a professional, knowledgeable Lead PHP Developer to build, develop, test and maintain multi-platform business systems. What will you do day to day? Working on the API, creating new endpoints for the mobile and web team Development of all server-side logic Working with the management team to make sure what the team is developing, is aligned to the company’s goals Keep the business in the loop on the progress of projects Problem solve and handle challenges Help in hiring the best and brightest developers to join the back end team You'll come with the following: 5 years’ experience working with as a Lead PHP Developer The ability to manage back-end services and the interchange of data between the server and mobile Apps Understanding of MVC design patterns An understanding of native front-end development technologies A passion for PHP & JavaScript and all things opensource Solid skills in PHP, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, MySQL, JSON and Git Experience working within an Agile/Scrum/Kanban environment A logical approach to development and to any issues that might arise The Company: This Entertainment & Leisure specialist seek a Lead PHP Developer to join a booming sector, having relocated this part of the business from overseas.
