IT Support Technician / IT Support Engineer Key skills - IT System support, 1st / 2nd line support, project support, desktop support, Helpesk support, Service Desk Support, IT Engineer, IT Support Technicnain A brand new opportunity has become available to join an International Insurance company based near the Heald Green area. My client is currently recruiting for an IT Technician / 1st line support analyst to join an existing infrastructure team. You shall be responsible for all 1st line support for a user base of around 400 across the group, as well as getting involved in general IT administration and project based work. You shall be mainly working across the infrastructure support team, and providing 1st and 2nd line support. This is a great opportunity, as it will offer the successful candidate with the chance to work with some technically strong network and infrastructure support technicians and as such your skills and experience will be greatly accelerated in this role. We are looking for candidate with the following skills: 1st and 2nd line support, desktop support Office 365 support LAN /WAN Helpdesk support and ticketing systems Understanding of networking principles, exposure to CISCO a major advantage ITIL aware If you have some relevant qualifications such as A or MCP etc. this this would he useful but not essential, above all we are looking for a motivated, intelligent and professional individual whom wants the opportunity to progress their skills and experience in a collaborative working environment.
