LEAD CUSTOMER ANALYST £50,000-65,000 COMPETITIVE BENEFITS CENTRAL LONDON Are you looking for an opportunity to join one of the UK's most renowned retailers as a Lead Customer Analyst where you will be working to provide insight on current customer behaviours and trends? You will be working in a highly collaborative and friendly environment alongside a number of other teams within the wider marketing team. THE COMPANY: Our client is a very well-known brand which has a huge presence in both the UK and internationally and over 25,000 employees. With over a thousand stores and a massive online presence you will have access to huge data sets and the ability to spend your time on a wide range of engaging projects. THE ROLE: You will be joining a dedicated team of analysts to deliver insights through your analysis to the wider business. You will be heavily involved in the end to end process and will need to have strong analytical skills, be confident telling a story through data and communicating this effectively with non-technical stakeholders. In specific, you can expect to be involved in the following: Analysing customer behaviours and trends through modelling techniques such as regression and segmentation using tools like SQL, Python or R. Working in a fast paced environment with a large amount of data to deliver a real story of current customer trends. Deliver commercial insight to key stakeholders in a way that drives engagement and results in buy in across the business. Use a wide range of cutting edge technologies such as SQL, Python, R and Azure for your analysis. YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: The successful Lead Customer Analyst will have the following skills and experience: Proven experience using a variety of databases and statistical software- SQL is required as well as Python, SAS or R. Be an expert in navigating large data sets. Have proven success in using complex and simple statistical techniques to deliver commercial benefit to a business in a fast paced environment. Be confident and a strong communicator with experience in reporting back findings to a range of stakeholders. Hold a degree in a numerate subject. THE BENEFITS: Competitive benefits available.
