Overview

Robert Walters are recruiting for a Finance Administrator based in Milton Keynes for a 12 month contract. We are looking for a Finance Administrator to organise our company's day-to-day accounting procedures. Finance Administrator responsibilities include maintaining records for all transactions and processing reimbursements. Responsibilities Create and update spreadsheets of daily transactions Review and process reimbursements Support with Daily Purchase Ledger tasks Keep records of invoices and tax payments Identify and address account discrepancies Must Have Proven work experience as a Finance Administrator, Finance Assistant or similar role Hands-on experience with accounting software Advanced knowledge of MS Excel Good understanding of bookkeeping procedures Time-management and organisation skills Confidentiality BSc degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
