A fantastic opportunity has developed for a Quality Assurance Specialist to join a leading firm specialising in providing finance products within Financial Services. As the Quality Assurance Specialist you will be responsible for checking the quality of the businesses customer facing activities, mainly by carrying out first level controls in operational departments. This role is a company-wide activity, with the successful candidate having regular contact with Team Leaders and Managers throughout the different entities. A focus on Treating Customers Fairly is required to develop strong working relationships. To be a successful candidate for this role you would have an in-depth knowledge and understanding of Quality Assurance and would have worked within a similar role previously. It is ideal that the successful candidate will come from a Financial Services background. Furthermore you would be able to evidently show the improvement of standards and quality within a business and adding value in this regard.
