Overview
I have a client looking for an internal IT Technician in Sevenoaks. Salary: £25,000- £26,000 Location: Sevenoaks Permanent/Full time role Benefits: 25 days holiday, Training and Development opportunities, Pension Scheme Your tasks include: • The first point of contact for troubleshooting and be the main point of help • Administration of servers and perform fault finding through remote services • Provide advice on new hardware/software to the company on what is most appropriate to the business • Setting up and configuring new laptops, desktops and mobile devices • Setting up new users and disabling expired accounts • Manage and record IT equipment with Site teams They are looking for someone who has: • Information Technology qualification • Knowledge of computer hardware including servers, desktop PCs, laptops and mobile devices • Experience of installing , using and administering one or more computer operating systems such as Microsoft Windows • Experience of using an IT service management system to manage, allocate and monitor support tasks • Working knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint • Proven IT Support in similar post • Strong communication, decision-making and organisational skills If you are interested, please apply with your most up to date CV attached.
