Role and Responsibilities: End to end processing of monthly & weekly employees Administer benefit plans Processing of staff appointments, transfers, promotions and terminations Liaise with outsource agency to ensure all relevant HMRC reporting is compliant, accurate and within deadline Manage payroll workload to meet operational requirements Maintenance of payroll data and the time and attendance system Updating and maintaining payroll records Payroll related queries Undertaking required reporting, both internal and statutory reporting Payroll administration - filing, expense processing, archiving, etc Calculation and payment of termination payments Processing increases and calculation of back pay Prepare and review payroll account reconciliations Supporting Purchase Ledger as and when needed Processing of expenses For further information on this or any of our vacancies, please call the Chester office today for a confidential discussion or alternatively forward your CV and cover letter.
