Business Analyst (Payroll and HR) | 6 month contract | Chester Your new role This position provides payroll and time tracking expertise to the delivery teams. This position supports the global payroll strategy via the provision of support to global payroll projects, examination of payroll vendor performance trends, and execution of payroll security processes. You will coordinate the implementation of global projects in the Payroll area - related to implementation of new global tuition reimbursement, use of payroll vendor case managements tools, standardised global payroll controls and reports. What you'll need to succeed The ideal candidate will have 5 years payroll experience including experience with time and attendance, supporting multi-country payroll operations. Comprehensive knowledge of Payroll, Payroll Tax and Payroll Accounting and end to end processes. You must have ability to manage multiple projects and tasks, be well organised and have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding deadlines in a complex environment. You will be a self starter, highly motivated and work with minimal supervision. Certified Payroll Professional accreditation would be advantageous.
