Job Title: IT Support Technician Salary: £26,000 (circa) Days/Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm Location: Chelmsford Coulter Elite Resourcing - Recruitment Specialists are now recruiting for an IT Support Technician to work for their client based in Chelmsford. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual to join an established company who are specialists in their field. As IT Support Technician you will be supporting all group employees ensuring systems are supported and maintained to the very highest standards. You will be dealing with support calls and requests, making sure they are dealt with appropriately and in accordance with company procedures. You will also play a pivotal role in supporting the IT Manager in delivering strategic objectives of the IT group. Principle Responsibilities:- Maintain in house systems; user networks, desktops, telecommunications and peripherals Install, diagnose, repair, maintain and upgrade all hardware equipment Assist all users with any IT related incidents Upgrade different types of software and hardware Improve existing programs Person specification:- MUST have IT Support experience Ability to solve and diagnose IT related issues Knowledge of Microsoft products including Office 365 Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory Knowledge of routers, firewall and basic networking This is a full time, permanent position working Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.
